Mamasue! Chocolate Chip Cookies...

Mamasue, I FINALLY got around to trying the Cook's Illustrated recipe for Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies that you recommended. I made the request for a perfect choc chip cookie last year. I don't know why I waited so long to make these, but they are IT. PERFECT! They look professionally made, too (I did do the roll into a ball, rip apart, smush together thing...). I still prefer the ones on Neiman Marcus's website (with coffee). It's also relatively lower in fat than most other chocolate chip cookies.
