I know that I am totally spelling that word wrong but I couldn't find it in the dictionary so that is the best I could do!
What I want are foods that are suppose to increase passion, you know there really popular around Valentine's Day. I am arranging a dinner for two and I want it to be as romantic as possible. One example I know of is chocolate, any help?

It's "aphrodisiac," and oysters are another one. Also, I think there are particular combinations of scents that are supposed to be aphrodisiacs, but I only remember lavender being one (I don't remember what you're supposed to combine it with). In my post under "Romantic Dinners," the "Elegant Late-Night Supper" menu is supposed to have several foods with reputations as aphrodisiacs included, but Rick Rodgers doesn't specify exactly which ones.

If you have time, head to the bookstore and find a cookbook called "Intercourses." The sections are based on different aphrodisiacs, such as strawberries, chocolate, honey, etc.

I have always heard honey was one, thus the "honey" in "honeymoon". I would look for a Mead wine, that is a wine that is sweetened with honey instead of grapes or other fruit. DH and I bought a bottle on our honeymoon. Very romantic.
I have the "Intercourses" cookbook too. I've only tried a few recipes, but the pictures may "inspire" the mood you're going for with the aphrodisiac foods.
