Hello fellow BB-ers

I do restaurant/chef PR/mktg and am in my insane period (just signed a new client who is taking me to the Aspen Food & Wine Classic!!!!! YIPEEEEE!!!
:D :D :D )

Unfortunately that means I haven't even opened this month's CL yet
:( :o and we're down to cilantro, tomato paste, turkey bacon and cottage cheese in the fridge (!), so unless we want to starve (or get indigestion) I need to come up with a food plan and get to the grocery store today!!

Does anyone have a recipe recommendation from this month's CL yet? I'm open to any suggestions, but if I had to pick, prefer the lower cal/lower carb recipes.

Thanks so much for helping me with this!!!

Apple Muffins with Walnut Streusel
Sweet Orange Salmon
Baby Spinach Salad with Warm Citrus-Bacon Vinagrette
Banana-Cinnamon Waffles
Easy Puebla-Style Chicken Mole
Grilled Corn with Mint Butter
Green Bean and New Potato Salad
Zucchini-Pecan Flaxseed Bread
Mango Macademia Crisp

I really enjoyed the Moroccan-Braised Beef with Carrots and Couscous. There is a thread floating around on that on.

I also liked the Country Lima beans - a nice change from the regular ole baked beans that I make. They went well with grilled pork chops.

I'm not sure I have the right name, but the Spicy Steaks and Onions (the only other beef recipe) only rated an 'eh'. Not a do-over in our house.

I've only made:

Jamaican Chicken Thighs, which we rated as very good
Orecchiette with Cannellini Beans and Spinach, which we rated as good
