I did fairly well on Saturday

Breakfast
1 piece matzo
1 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch
Tofu with Red Curry Paste, Peas, & Yellow tomatoes


Dinner
Pasta and Meatballs
Parmesan Crusted Zucchini

Strawberries

Saturday was not so god for me. Started out the day with a horrible allergy attack at 5:30AM! Had to take a nap late in the afternoon and now I'm still awake (but didin't feel like working the bar tonight). Not a veggie to be had today and not much hunger at all because of the antihistamine...

Breakfast:
herbal tea with coconut oil

1 egg + 1 yolk
1 slice nine grain sprouted bread
1 cup whole milk

Lunch:
herbal tea with coconut oil

2 organic seed crackers
2 tbs peanut butter (wasn't really hungry)
1 banana

Supper:
herbal tea with coconut oil

2 oz brie
7 mini organic seed crackers
chocolate ice cream

in a word, NO--i did not eat well this weekend! lol

Saturday
Breakfast:
strawberries
some almonds

Lunch:
salad w/ dressing
some turkey lunch meat
half a white roll
some mixed fruit (alot)

Snack:
a bite of cake
almonds
carrot sticks
one mint (candy)

Dinner:
grilled chicken breast
salad
a few french fries (gross!)


Sunday
Breakfast:
strawberries
honeydew melon

Lunch:
half a bagel
salad w/ dressing (and many, many crutons)

Snack:
mint

Dinner:
BBQ chicken
veggies (that i know had butter on them)
salad
some chocolate cake (3 of us split a large piece)

I had dinner every night at Outback Steakhouse....unbelieveable. I never go there when I'm at home, and now I've had it three times in the past three days. Talk about overload!

Did so-so on Saturday..not so good on Sunday

Saturday

Breakfast: Wheat bagel with red-fat cream cheese
OJ

Lunch: Grilled ham/turkey/cheese on wheat french bread
natural chips
sweet tea

Snack: fruit salad w/1/2 cup LF vanilla yogurt
7 malted milk balls (whoops!)
bowl of Smart Start Cereal with 1% milk


Dinner: 2 slices homemade herbed cheese pizza
2 slices wheat french bread w/cooked tomatoes/parm cheese
sweet tea w/lemon

Snack: Light chocolate milk


Sunday

Breakfast: 1 cup LF vanilla yogurt, strawberries, grape nuts

Lunch: grilled ham/turkey/cheese on wheat french
natural chips (too many)
sweet tea

Snack: (It gets bad here) Marble Slab Chocolate Amaretto ice cream with reese's p-nut butter cups (ouch!)
10 malted milk balls (my latest no-no)
more sweet tea (need to cut back)

Dinner: Herb Roasted Pork Loin (small piece)
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup cooked white/brown rice with 1 TBSP gravy
sweet tea again

Sunday wasn't that bad either

Breakfast
1 piece matzo

1 HUGE blue-cheese hamburger (on whole wheat bun) with 2 slice avocado
Herbed potato salad

Snack
Strawberries
1/2 piece matzo with 1/2 avocado

Dinner
1/2 cornish game hen (skinless)
jasmine rice
mango-cucumber salad

Snack
1/2 bag lowfat popcorn
banana

Not too sure about Sunday.

Breakfast:
herbal tea with coconut oil

scrambled eggs
3 slices nitrite/nitrate-free bacon
1/2 scone

Lunch:
herbal tea with coconut oil

Lentil & Almond Burger-EW J/J '05
flat bread
tomato
spinach leaves
canola mayo

Supper:
herbal tea with coconut oil

homemade chicken enchiladas with Guajillo Chile Sauce
small tossed salad

No, no I didn't.:( Nor did I get any exercise in..

Saturday:
western omelette, two slices toast
beer
split a panini with fries with DH
too much wine


Sunday:
1/2 an egg sandwich
split a homemade hoagie with DH
grilled at our friends: filet mignon, tuna steaks, baked potatoes and veggies on the grill.
