I just made the Tiramisu in the latest issue (which is delicious, by the way)and I have left over Belgioioso. Any ideas on what to use it in?

Did you think the tiramusi was to wet? I used my left over mascarpone cheese to make calzones. The broccoli and sausage ones from the March issue.

Try the smoked salmon/capers/mascarpone pizza in a recent issue! Delicious!!!!

Make another batch of the tiramisu! That's what I did! As to the sogginess, I had a really soggy batch the first time (I had soaked up all of the coffee mixture). The second time I went easier on the soaking. I didn't even use half the coffee mixture. But in the end it wasn't as good. Letting it sit a day instead of a few hours might help. Of course it doesn't always last that long!

We spread marscapone on toast w/jam. The CL Risotto w/leeks and marscapone is good too.
