I have to confess--I did not actually cook this dish. My DH and I babysat for some friends last night and they left this dish for us for dinner.
I would give this chicken a 9. It was incredibly flavorful and the yogurt makes the chicken very moist. The couscous is tasty but i think it would be good with just plain couscous, too. She did make it with chicken breasts, not thighs.
She also made the Mocha Pudding Cake from the Five-Star. I would give this an 8 or so--the pudding layer makes it seem much richer than a regular cake but the coffee flavor was a bit weird for me, although i usually like mocha. I might try it without the coffee.
