I'm first?!

I just taught noon Spin. Also did about 20 minutes of weights, including 100 walking lunges wearing the weight vest. Ouch!

Who else?

I rode the bike this morning for 45 minutes. Didn't have the time or energy to do weights though. Maybe this afternoon, but I am thinking I would rather go for a run as it is beeyouteefulll here!

Hi Terri, That sounds like quite a workout!

I just returned from the gym where I spent 15 minutes on the eliptical warming up and 45 minutes of weights and various exercises with my trainer. I felt crummy going in but feel slightly better now. Hopefully after a shower I will be human again!

100 lunges?? Weight Vest?? Terri, I'm sore just thinking about it:p

I did a short yoga/Pilates video at home this morning, along with some upper-body with dumbbells. I have somehow tweaked my hip flexor (sp?) and it's pretty sore, so no high impact stuff for a few days:(

Re: the lunges, really it was just two trips back and forth across the basketball court (25 lunges per crossing). I think the weight vest weighs 20 lbs..feels like more to me!
