Good Morning Everyone! :)
Up early again as we have a busy weekend ahead. Leaving in 15 minutes for piano lessons. Baccalaureate and graduation for a niece (out of town), soccer tournament, and a Girl Scout activity over the next two days. Needless to say, DH and I have to split who goes where!
This morning I did 40 minutes on the stepper mixed with handweights, plus some ab work.
What did you do? Post it after you do it!
And have a great weekend!

I took the Saturday morning yoga class. Excellent class!!!!
Next on the list is the yard....mowing, trimming bushes, staking peonies, whatever else. Once I come inside, it's time to tackle another closet or two. I'm on the quest to clean out all my closets and storage spaces. I'm making tremendous progress and loving it!
Everyone have a great weekend.

Hi ladies!
I did about 40 minutes of weights with my trainer. Now it's vaccuming and bed changing at home.
Good luck with those closets!

How about a 5k race for Organ Donation this morning! A great race and a lot of fun.

Hi Ladies and Les! :D
I had a bit of a wimpy workout, but better than my usual Saturday workout, which would be NONE! I walked/jogged (mostly walked) on the treadmill for 45 minutes while I watched poker on tv. :)

Hi Everyone! Kathy - DH and I have many of those "Divide and Conquer" days - I know how you feel:D Have a good trip!
I went to Step Class and Body Sculpting. Fun and sweaty! Then came home and helped DS1 mow the lawn and planted some pots of flowers, herbs and tomatoes. That should guarantee a frost sometime in the next few days;) Also re-organized the laundry room and changed the beds - sounds like the cleaning bug is contagious here!

I forgot to come back and post after I had completed my exercise for the day. I spent 20 minutes on the bike trainer and then went on a run/walk for 5K. My new tactic is to run 2 mins and then walk 2 mins, and this seemed to work out well. Once I master this I will up the running portion.

Everyday...best way to start for me is an early rise and workout at 4a.m. Look forward to it every morning...quick drive to the gym (yes..i could do it at home but the "going to" is motivating). I see the same faces there every morning..everyone seems to respect the fact that we are all doing our own thing and a smile or quick hello is enough to say "nice to see you" without interrupting. I alternate every other day with cardio and weight-training. I follow the Body for Life routine...been doing it for about 6 years now. I spend 1/2 the time i used to spend working out and eat quite abit more...highly recommend it to someone that wants real body changes.
