View Full Version : No Pudge Brownies
I searched and found a thread about a month back about No Pudge Brownies. I've seen these mentioned before (I think on the WW message boards), and I remember that there is a trick where you can mix up a certain amount of the mix with some yogurt, put it in a muffin cup, and microwave it for 1 minute or something to make an individual brownie. Does anyone know the secret? I finally found these today (so far hadn't found them here in Vancouver) and I'm excited to try them, but I know if I make a whole batch they'll disappear in no time!
Thanks in advance,
Jen
OK, I tracked it down on the No Pudge web site (http://www.nopudge.com) and thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is interested:
"The recipe I have for single serving is the following:
In a custard cup or small microwave safe container, mix 2 Tablespoons of No Pudge brownie mix and 1 Tablespoon fat free vanilla yougurt.
2. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
3. Enjoy!! I top mine with a spoonful of low fat frozen yougurt. You can also use fat free whipped topping or of course eat it with no topping.

I have been making these as the whole batch and then cutting them up and freezing individually. Thanks for a new tip! I've made these with all kinds of yogurt, too. Would definately suggest experimenting with different yogurts!
I tried this last night and it was incredible! If you have a microwave with a see-through door, you have to watch it as it bakes. I was very skeptical that it would cook in one minute, but it did. You can literally see the brownie rising before your eyes! I made it in a custard cup, then sliced up some strawberries over top. I have the raspberry mix, and I used plain yogurt with a touch of almond extract. Yumm! (OK, I confess, I had two! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif)
