Barbecue Roasted Salmon

Has anyone tried this? It's the "Back to the Best" recipe in May's edition. I'd like to try it tonight, but would love to hear from anyone who has tried it. Thanks!

I made this last week, and it was good, but not awesome. I don't like pineapple but I used the pineapple juice anyhow. I didn't care for the flavor it imparted. In the previous thread people mentioned substituting orange juice and I think that would be better (for me, at least). But it was interesting and pretty easy. Not a repeater for me, though.

I did make this last night, and we loved it. We usually make a simple, seasoned grilled salmon, so this was a very different taste. We made it with the Sesame Roasted Asparagus and Bow-Tie Pasta with Garlic, Lemon, and Basil. A great dinner!
