Hi JohnK and welcome to our board! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif I have a request and maybe you can answer it or pass it on.

We would love to have someone, maybe someone like you, who could stop by and help us with questions about CL recipes. Would that be possible to have an On-Line Helper? Sometimes we have questions about substitutions or maybe an ingredient or step in a recipe doesn't work out and we need help. Pretty please....pretty please with low fat butter! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Any one else in agreement with me? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

Of course, John, you knew this question was going to happen sooner or later! Hehe

Susan, I believe it was on the thread where someone was asking about working in a test kitchen. -Valerie

As flattered as I am for your request, I have to say that I don't monitor the BB very often. When it first got started I read it more and kibbitz'd a bit with questions etc. As the board matured though, you all got so adept at answering each others questions that I didn't feel or see the need to intervene. There are some excellent cooks out there, judging from the advice I've read. Anyhow, you can e-mail us with questions: Cooking Light@spc.com. or call 1 800 336 0125.
