I always peel my sweet potatoes (although I never peel white potatoes).

Is this recipe from the June issue? (the title sounds yummy)

I always thought that you had to peel sweet potatoes but then noticed in recipes that they either specified it or did not. Tried not peeling them the other night on some roasted potatoes and they tasted just fine. It's probably a matter of preference, but from now on I'll go by what the recipe says. Are sweet potatoes like regular potatoes in that a lot of the nutrients are actually in the peels?
