Ok, so we just bought a new grill and I'm having a great time trying out all kinds of recipes. Last night I made Grilled Polenta (from Food 911 on the Food Network here (http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_13986,00.html)). It was very easy to make the polenta itself, and I chilled it for about 3 hours. I oiled the heck out of the squares before putting them on the grill, but they stuck to the grate so badly, it was all we could do to scrape them off. And because the polenta squares stuck, all the "grill marks" came off when we took them off the grill  so they certainly weren't golden brown on the outside, as called for in the recipe. It still tasted good, but I'd like the procedure to be a little less painless next time. Does anyone have any helpful hints to share?
TIA! :D
