Has anyone tried Ken's Light Italian Dressing with Basil and Romano OR Ken's Raspberry and Walnut Vinaigrette? Are they any good and do you use them for other things besides salads? I have a coupon for $2.00 off a bottle of Ken's dressing and was interested in these two.
Thanks!

I have used the rasberry walnut kind and there is one with pecans too...a nice change for salads.

Ken's light dressings are a staple in our household! My favorite is the light, Creamy Parmesan with Peppercorns, followed closely by the light vinaigrettes. They are excellent for tossed salads but, of course, you can always chop up any kinds of veggies and add some beans and the vinaigrette and have a great salad. The vinaigrettes can also be used for marinating meats or veggies before cooking. Yum!

I really like Ken's Olive Oil Vinagrette in light. I have also tried the rasberry one and let me warn you that is really really rasberry-ish!

I really love Ken's Light Red Wine Vinaigraitte. It has so much flavor. I think it is the best lite vinaigrette ever.

Ken's light Italian is the only Italian I use. As a matter of fact, I use Ken's light dressings almost exclusively. (I do sneak in Kraft's Light Done Right Catalina.) My ABOSOLUTE favorite is the Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing... Mmmmmmmmmm! And to make things better, they now have it in a light version! It's my favorite for a big, veggie-packed chef's salad. I also agree with BosunsWife on the light Caesar. Yum.
I have tried a couple of Ken's and liked them, except that the raspberry pecan was way too sweet for me. We used some of it combined with another vinagrette and dumped the rest.

I really like Ken's light dressings,(although I do not care for his non-fat dressings). Both of the ones you mentioned are good, particularly the basil/romano.I suppose that they also might make good marinades.

I love Ken's light Caesar dressing. I bought it all the time when we lived in Rhode Island and New York. Unfortunately they don't seem to carry it in our Commissaries in Hawaii. I'm going to search out a local grocery store here next week - in search of King Arthur flour - so maybe I'll see it on the "outside".

I love Ken's creamy Parmesean with Peppercorns. I also use the Italian with Aged Romano cheese for pasta salads. Yummy.

I too buy Ken's exclusively, unless I happen to get a good deal on another brand. I love the Vidalia Onion and Olive Oil with Balsamic Vinegar. I always buy the light version, rather than fat-free.

I too like Ken's light Caesar. It's good on salads, but also good for marinating chicken.

That's funny, I just got a buy one get one free for Ken's dressing and was wondering about the same two dressings. This is such a helpful board. Thanks for the opinions.
