So very easy and very yummy (this coming from a person who doesn't like fruit with meat!)...i used pork tenderloin cut into slices and blood orange balsamic (a gift from someone--got to use it up!). This was ready in minutes and had great flavor. I didn't have the arugula so i just used some lettuce that dad had given me from his garden. Very fresh and summery meal!

Thanks for the review! :) I've been wanting to try this one since hubby is a Peach Fanatic and I've got about six pork tenderloins in FoodSaver bags in my freezer. :o He's coming home from Alaska on Sunday, this might make a nice Sunday dinner to welcome him home!

We grilled this recipe on a picnic BBQ, and we liked it but I don't think I loved it. It was simple, and good, and the grilled peaches were great with the pork. We did use the arugula, which added a nice spicy counterpoint to the sweetness of the grilled peaches.(It is worth seeking out.) This is a good do ahead meal, I think a good weeknight summer meal. Not really spectacular enough for a impress-company meal.

I made this and we really enjoyed it. I agree with gardenmom that it is a very enjoyable dish just not a wow dish. Plus, I agree that the arugula was a wonderful part of the meal - I'm glad that I had it on hand.

I hate having to peel peaches and I must have bought !@*#!clingstone peaches so they were a mess by the time I was done. Still good though.

We really enjoyed this recipe, too, and like someone else said, I'm not a big fan of fruit with meat. I think it's a great summer meal. It tasted good even though it's a little early for peach season here. I also didn't have arugula so I just put everything on a bed of lettuce.

do you really need to peel the peaches? strange thing is there are 2 porka nd peach recipes in this months issue with vinagar. This one looks better

I didn't peel my peaches, and they were just fine! (Why waste the energy, I think the skin helps on the grill to keep the peaches intact, but the balsamic just runs off of the skin side.)

LOL-me too. I needed some tnt to get the pits out, but boy were they good. I didn't cut the pork up into strips, nor did I serve it on arugula. The peaches were the best part of the meal.

I made this for dinner last night. I thought it was really good- but I did double the marinade/salad dressing. I thought the meat was really good and flavorful (DH said better than grilled chicken breasts which is the gold standard for him). I didn't have arugala either so used lettuce from my garden, and I also didn't peel my peaches. I used pork loin chops that I had in the freezer.

I'm going to have to reread my magazine; must have missed this one. I just love peaches. Thanks for the review.

We made this the other day and enjoyed it, although it was with a few changes. First off, I forgot to pound out the pork, so it certainly took longer to grill than the recipe said. Ooops! Still, it tasted quite good. I also didn't serve it over any sort of green. I just served the pork and peaches together. We were perfectly happy with it that way and will definitely make this again. I was pleasantly surprised with this dish, since I'm also not usually a fan of fruit and meat. The peaches ended up with a nice smoky taste and weren't too sweet, so it didn't seem too much of a contrast.

I made this last night and while I really wanted to like it, it was just OK IMHO. Probably not a repeater for us.

We made this last night and DH thought it was wonderful! I really enjoyed it, but not as much as him. I loved loved loved the fresh thyme in the marinade/dressing. The only change was we placed it on top of mixed salad greens instead of just arugula. I had a hard time w/ the pits and was only able to pull out two of them. I think I will just leave the pits in next time, b/c they held up better on the grill. The meat was done in a flash, almost to fast!

I made this last week and really liked the pork. and did make a few changes. as usual I dont read my recipies until the last minuted and didnt realize it needed to marinate for an hour so I added about a tsp of olive oil the the sauce and just basted it as it cooked. and then i realized the store failed to give me my frozen peaches so I didnt have that. I like it as a baste with the olive and and think it would taste good on chicken too.

The presentation of the meal was great however, the combination left us satisfied but, not wowed. I love pork and fruit so I was expecting to like this dish much more then I did. I followed the recipe as written however, I marinated the pork for about 4 hours which really allowed the lime flavor to stand out. I put the peaches on the grill with the pits in because after I smashed the first peach attempting to remove the pit I gave up and threw them on pit and all. The pits easily poped out after I took them off the grill. The peaches were the best part of this meal. This is not a repeater for us.
