I was pretty leery of this recipe....marinating beef in tea?...I just had to try it. It was very good and I only marinated it about 8 hours and used sirloin rather than tenderloin. The Tea Sauce for All Occasions was perfect for a dipping sauce. I served it over Garlicky Brown Rice.
