Help...I can't find my crock pot roasted chicken recipe....you know the one with the foil balls in the bottom of the CP so it doesn't sit in the juice...
I appreciate it if some one could post the recipe...
Thanks! :)

Hi Cindy,
funny you should mention this recipe, I had to give it to my sister just last night so she could make it for her dinner tonight!!

All I do is take an ovenstuffer, add 4 balls of foil to the bottom of the crockpot and then add some Lawry's Seasoned Salt and some Cajun Seasoning on the top, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

This is an old Weight Watchers recipe and it is yummy. My hubby requests it all the time. Most of the time, I do it overnight and he gets to have chicken sandwiches for his lunch the next day.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Leslie

Cindy, were you thinking of Mimi's Sticky Chicken? Same technique, but the spice blend has a few more ingredients:

2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
¾ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
