I made this for the first time last night- it can be found on the CL web site search or in CL Complete Book.
We really loved this, I am not much of a fan of desserts but this was a standout. Very moist, creamy and loved the raspberry-almond flavor. It was gobbled down by all while still warm from the oven. I used seedless raspberry preserves and that was really nice. (I don't like too many seeds)
I made two and froze one for a later dessert. We liked it as well as the Blueberry Pound cake, both rated a 10 for a light dessert! This will be repeated often at this house.

We often make the banana-coconut crumb cake from the same issue. It is delicious and very moist--when I serve it at brunch parties all I have left are a few lone crumbs and shreds of coconut.
