I know you're out there! What 'cha been doing today?

I went to the gym. I did a 15-minute warm up on the eliptical, followed by 45 minutes of weights and pilates-type moves with my trainer, followed by 10 minutes of running on the treadmill. He cranked up the incline to 10!!! I accused him of trying to kill me.

Memartha, I hate high inclines on the treadmill. They kill me! So I sympathize!

I meant to do 45 minutes on the treadmill, but just didn't have the energy today. So I did 30 minutes and then switched to the elliptical for 15 minutes.

Anyone else?

I wish I had a treadmill:( .....I keep making a fund, that always ends up getting spent. Welcome to motherhood!! Anyways, I walked two miles on my lunch break and let me tell you, 90 degrees and humidity really makes ya sweat. After dinner tonight I'm hoping to squeeze in a jog with my DH and DS. We'll see how the night pans out....things never go as planned!!

I don't think I can even run on that high of an incline. (walk, maybe.) I ran 25 minutes and then did an upper body weight workout.

I did yoga with the cat (who is MUCH more flexible than I am!). Which begs the question--when performed by a feline, does downward dog become downward cat?

I didn't have much time available today...working an hour later than normal puts a damper on evening plans! I did 35 minutes on the treadmill. I didn't do any running, but I had it up to an incline of 10 during most of the workout.

Tracy, I definitely think the yoga pose should be changed to downward cat when performed by a feline. I bet she/he really liked the "cat stretch" pose (some of our instructors call it "angry cat".) :D

Good job, ladies! I had a Two-Spin Tuesday. 6am and noon. :)

Count me in, too!

I walked to and from work today (15 minutes each way) and did 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I'm coming back from a 2 month hiatus of not working out and eating very poorly, and let me just say it feels great to be back :)

I went to step class. However, I'll admit I was bad and didn't stay for abs. :o

Walk 2 miles. Walk to sporting goods store. Purchase Total Gym and spent calories flexing credit card and biceps lugging box into SUV. More bicep work on hauling box into house, uncrating and set up.

Too. Pooped. To. Try. It. Out.

:D :p
