Well, today was a lot like yesterday, so I don't have high hopes for tomorrow. But here's to hoping...:mad:

My immediate superviser is just like the man she described. Telling mine how you feel, comes right back to bite you in the butt. We have year end evaluations.

After a particularly bad year end evaluation, last year, I flipped the paper over and wrote my side of the story, signed it and then noted on the front of my evaluation to please see the other side.

He is still very much the arse, but I got a glowing evaluation this year. :D If there is a yearly evaluation for your position, maybe this would help.
