Hello,
I posted a question about cheese platters recently and got sooooo much help and advice. Thank you everyone! The shower for which I asked is coming quickly and I am wondering how I present the cheese, crackers, dried fruits and nuts everyone suggested? Do I slice the harder cheeses? Do I put a little of each on two or three platters? Or do I keep them separate, but next to each other on the table? Thank you!

I would slice or cube the hard cheeses and do 2 platters (one soft and one hard) separating the cheeses with "rows" of nuts and fruits or crackers (I remember that it was for low-carbers but others will probably eat some).
I've often done a "tower" of green styrofoam (using rounds of graduating diameters...8", 6" and 4") and attached the grape bunches (red and green) on that in the middle of the platter with the cheese, crackers, strawberries and almonds in sections around the tower.
