Hi -
I have a nonstick roasting pan that I love - until I need drippings to make gravy. Has anyone figured out a way to collect drippings in a nonstick pan? Would putting aluminum foil on the bottom help?
Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand the question...It seems to me that when I roasted something in a nonstick pan, I still had drippings...?? Are you worried they won't carmelize in the same way?

Sorry I was unclear! When I made a turkey in the pan, there were no drippings to use for gravy - they all had burned away, I guess because it cooks for so long.

Hmmmmm. I used a nonstick roasting pan when I made my last turkey, and I still had drippings, but if this is a continuing problem with your pan, maybe you could drain them off from time to time while it cooks? I think the recipe I used called for adding broth to the pan while it cooked as well, maybe this would work for you? So you get that good roasted taste, and yet still have liquid to work with?
