Did anyone else see this last night?

I really enjoyed it. It's produced by Morgan Spurlock of Supersize me fame. Each week someone tries a new lifestyle for 30 days.

In last nights ep Morgan and his fiancee lived on minimum wage for 30 days.

Kinda like a shortened version of Nickel and Dimed.

They knew it would be hard but there were some suprises. In fact he was complaining to his brother about how difficult it was and his brother told him it could be harder and sent them his kids for the weekend.

I read reviews of upcoming episodes and according to them it's not exploitive like those wife swapping shows.

I looked up minimum wage in AZ (it varies by state and it's $5.15. Then I tried to imagine myself living on that.

I also thought it was well done and thought provoking, and am awaiting his next shows. Is it going to be a weekly series?

I was surprised at their movie outing with the kids. I mean, if they were trying to save money, considering their minimum-wage jobs, did they really feel it necessary to buy sodas that cost $3.25. But then again, Spurlock admitted not being to frugal about his spending.

What network was this on? I liked Supersize Me, even if it did make me queasy.

I saw it too. It was okay, and a sort of surface-y look at minimum wage living. I thought his wife was playing the martyr way too much, and he came off as sort of preachy.

Yes, we could be doing better than 5.15 per hour.

It was on FX at 10 pm pacific last night, I'm sure they will be showing it again, though.
