View Full Version : Cornmeal, fennel and golden raisen dinner rolls

I made these for a dinner party last night. Although they took 3 risings, they rose fairly rapidly and were easy to make into rolls. Today the few left were getting a little hard, and it probably is because I baked them longer than the recipe said, because they weren't brown. Next time, I will use convection and take them out promptly. Everyone loved the rolls.

Thanks for the review. I had these in my sights when I paged through the issue, and you reminded me to go back and make that recipe. That's what makes this board great. Thanks also for the tip on 3 risings!
