I made these for a dinner party last night. Although they took 3 risings, they rose fairly rapidly and were easy to make into rolls. Today the few left were getting a little hard, and it probably is because I baked them longer than the recipe said, because they weren't brown. Next time, I will use convection and take them out promptly. Everyone loved the rolls.
