I am not sure what issue this is from (one in 1998) but it is really good. Since I make a strata about once a week, I wanted to try a new one. I came across this and was hesitant because of the gorgonzola cheese. I made it in two 8x8 pans and froze one for later. This strata has lots of taste and flavor and I actually liked the creaminess of the gorgonzola.
