We had these last night for dinner - with Moomie's buns of course! And they were really outstanding. A snap to make and just wonderfully full of flavor. I didn't see any prior reviews so I don't know if it's something anyone's made - I have to admit that it was so simple of a recipe I almost passed it over. Am very glad I didn't!

Thanks for the review! I've been looking for ideas to use up some ground beef. We'll give these a shot--maybe with pineapples instead of tomatoes. Yum! :)

We have made these before as well and I agree that they are very good :) .

zackaboo - I think we were separated at birth! :)
I have made these too and will add that they are quite tasty, I also grilled some fresh pineapple rings while I cooked the burgers to top them and used some hoisin sauce for the "ketchup" and some lettuce on a good bun, yum!

That is too funny! It is fun to have someone that I share such similiar tastes with on this board but it would be even more fun if we lived in the same city :). I would never have to worry about what to make if you came over!
