pad thai?

There was a recipe for Pad Thai in the Stir Fry Cooking 2000 class (I believe for May). I can type it in if you don't have that issue, or maybe someone can export it for you!

The first time I tried this recipe it came out on the salty side, even with low-salt soy sauce. (Maybe the fish sauce I used was particularly salty). I'm used to Pad Thai with a hint of sweetness to it, so the second time I tried I upped the sugar to 1/4 cup and it came out great.

It also might work to keep the sugar as it is, but lower the amounts of soy and fish sauce, since the recipe seems to produce more than enough sauce as it is.
