Paypal Users

I know a number of you are ebayers and paypal users so I wanted to pass on that I just got another email purporting to be from Paypal. This time they are saying you have to link a debit or check card to your account (right). That should tip most folks off as smelling fishy, but just in case -- DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! IT IS A SCAM AND WILL RESULT IN THE WRONG PEOPLE HAVING ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Thanks Beth for the heads up. My DH received a similar email a few days ago and I told him to forward it to Paypal.

I forward everything I receive from eBay and Paypal to spoof@ebay.com....everything.

I did forward it. It was a hoax, and they are investigating. You wonder if any of these folks get caught and get prosecuted. I hate to think that there is always someone who falls for these shams, but you know they wou;dn't keep doing them if there wasn't.
