The recently posted recipe for hamburgers with jalapenos and the spicy mayo spread was AWESOME! We made it the other day. However we didn't make the glaze...Too many flavors going on there that we didn't really like all that much. And we didn't use sour cream either because we do not like sour cream. We both LOVED the end product though. I had some of the leftover mayo spread with my canned tuna fish in a sandwhich. Great spicy flavor. We also scaled the recipe way down to 2 servings worth, so the flavors were maybe out of proportion but it was great. We are doing it again tonite but with ground turkey instead of ground beef because that's what meat we have. Just my review....
Oh, and my mom put her buger on a cheddar and jalapeno bun...We didn't use in pickle, lettuce, tomato, oninon, or cheese as condiments....The buger and mayo spread was enough flavor and goodness by themselves.
