I got a three mile run in early this morning after I took DS to swim practice. Post it when you do it or post and then do it, what ever works for you :)

Good job on the run, Laura! I taught 6am Spin. I think my body was protesting the every-12-hours spinning (yesterday 6am and 6pm, and today 6am) since my heartrate barely came up into my cardio work-zone, even though I was working hard and pouring sweat!! Well, no more spinning now til Thurs.
Who's next?

Hi folks!

Well, I've been away for a couple of days (my husband and I, and our pup, went to a lakeside resort). So there was lots of opportunity for activity. We canoed several times, I got in two hot but fun trail runs, and we hiked a few times and went for a walk in the nearest town. It was all lovely! We are also experiencing a heat wave so it was especially nice to be lakeside - it was still hot at times, though. The heat is supposed to break soon. We'll see!

Take care, all,
Natasha

Hey everyone! Good job on the workouts!

Exercising late today, but I did 50 minutes on the stepper with weights mixed in between. Watched a movie with the kids while I did it, so it went by quickly. Glad to get back to it after the last three days of all work and no workout! :)

I had to take a day off yesterday because of "too much real world". I did about 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight and then about 30 minutes strength training with various machines and weights.

Way to go everyone. Natasha, your trip sounded fun!

I swam 2900 meters at masters swimming. It would have been 3100 but I was a few minutes late. :o I was happy we were able to swim because there were some thunder showers around the area. Fortunately, we just had rain and no lightning. :)

I went to step class last night. It was rather boring :( but I powered through.

Natasha, your long weekend sounds lovely!
