Finally Tried the Pesto Salmon

I finally got around to trying Lori's amazing Easy Pesto Salmon from the April issue, and it was delicious. And very, very quick and easy. I put a pan of asparagus in the oven alongside of the fish, and cooked bulghar on the stove in place of the rice. Everything was ready at the same time which was wonderful.
