Has anyone tried the chocolate mousse??

I am wondering if anyone has tried the dessert recipes with soy in them? The chocolate mousse looks easy and delicious, but I am a bit suspicious of soy, as is my boyfriend. Let me know! Thanks!

I'm like you - suspicious of tofu - but I thought this mousse was really pretty good. I added a bit more chocolate chips and a little creme de cocoa to hide the tofu flavor. My DH liked it well enough to eat two servings the same night. I'm going to try the ice cream next!

OK - for everyone who tried it before I have - can you send me the recipe? I cut it out right away, bought the tofu, etc. and am just getting around to making it. Of course, can't find where I put it. Need it fast! Thanks
