Baking experts....I need your help!!!

What am I doing wrong when I make a pan of brownies (various recipes) and the edges get really done but a large portion of the center remains very undercooked and gooey? Is my pan too small, my oven too hot or ??????

Try turning you temp down about 25 degrees.

And make sure your pan is centered in the oven from all sides.

I would check your oven temp. I had the same kinds of problems, and found my oven was heating to 50 degrees below what I set it to!
