Collector's Cafe is a great place for a nice dinner. It's in Myrtle Beach.

I've always heard rave reviews about the Carolina Roadhouse. Have never been there myself, but lots of people seem to love it.

Greg Norman's Australian Grille at Barefoot Landing is wonderful! It's a little pricey, but it was worth every penny.

there are several wonderful mexican restaurants in myrtle beach. i can't remember their names right now, but we tried a few and they were all really wonderful and authentic.
