asperagus pesto sandwich/ black bean salad

This is an amazing sandwich! So flavorful and so easy. This will be something we make regularly.

We also made the black bean salad with curry lime dressing (gingerbread cake w/blueberry issue). Also very good and very easy. I'll probably start bringing this as my contribution to any picnics. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
