I made this dish this weekend because the spices and olives intrigued me. It was an easy recipe to prepare with not much chopping
involved. I found it to be a little bit bland though and i would add maybe a couple more cloves of garlic. I bet the original has more flavor with the preserved lemons etc. overall i thought it was an easy dish with an ethnic taste.

I made it this weekend too and thought it was really good. I added more broth than required and it was better because otherwise there wouldn't be enough sauce !

I find that most CL recipes that call for garlic need just a little more than the recipe calls for. Thanks for the heads up misstapioca and Irene as I have been interesting in trying this recipe.
