If you find yourself with leftover spinach balls...
tonight I made a spinachball sub sandwich on a toasted sub roll with a fresh tomato salsa and some mustard, yummy, I highly recommend it. Spinach balls are just too good...

What a great idea!!! I will definately have to try this!
One time I made the spinach balls for a friend's son who's a vegetarian and served them with spaghetti and red sauce;', like spaghetti and meatballs. We called it "Popeye's spaghetti".
I'm a novice cooker...What are spinach balls? recipe?
Thanks.

I don't know if I could handle the mustard on my spinach balls. I wonder if it would be good with some spaghetti sauce and grated cheese?

Lex, I haven't made these, but I assume these are the ones everyone raves about here on the BB. Originally posted by Alysha.
