What temperature is my freezer supposed to be? It is my outside freezer but we put normal everyday freezer foods in it. I cleaned it out and defrosted it and so am now getting it going again, but don't know what to put it on. Right now it looks to be at 0 degrees F. Is that too cold...?

No, I think 0 is recommended.

Do freezers self regulate and keep themselves at 0 degrees, or a particular temperature?

All the freezers I have had have a temperature control -- usually a dial of some sort going from 0-9 or 1-10 and you can adjust the setting to get the temperature you want. The control may be inthe freezer section or the refrigerator section, but it is usually at the top of the unit somewhere. Newer ones may have a digital control or a temperature reading/setting.
