A Cookpac is an electronic copy of all the recipes in an issue of CL. You download them from cookn.com for about seven bucks each. They provide you with a couple of versions of the recipes -- one works in Mastercook, the other works in Cookware, which is recipe software available for free from cookn.com. I download a cookpac every month and use them in Mastercook software. It's worth it to me not to have to type in any CL recipes.

I have just started using the cookware, and it is great! I post recipes of my own and off the internet into the program and it keeps them organized.

Thanks so much! This sounds great! My birthday is June 8 and I'm asking for the Mastercook software (CL version, of course!)
