Montrealers: Found CL Complete for $12.99

Yay! I bought the CL Complete Cookbook and the 2001 Annual at the book clearance sale next to the IGA at Alexis Nihon Plaza (Atwater) for just 12.99 each!

They still had 4-5 copies of each left, so if you haven't acquired these books yet, it's a good deal.

Thanks, Luiza! Weird thing is I was just there the other day, and specifically looked for CL books, but didn't see any. They must've come in after I was there.

I did notice that they had Don Mauer's "Lean and Loving It" cookbook.

Funny, I didn't see Don Mauer's book. Perhaps I just didn't look carefully enough. Or maybe they have high turnover...

Luiza, I just wanted to say thanks for the tip! I booted it down to Alexis Nihon yesterday and picked up a copy of the CL Complete. Sadly, this was the highlight of my day!!

They still had copies of Don Mauer's book if you're interested.

Julie, I'm glad you got your copy. Looks good, no? Although when I'm going to cook everything, I don't know. It's a lot harder in the summer.
