In a weak moment I bought this muffin pan which is like a mini bundt pan, with a peg in the middle. Each cup (6) holds 8 oz.
Now I don't know what to bake in it. We love all the pound and bundt cakes that were published last year and it would be great to be able to reduce the amounts so that I could bake them in the individual molds. It would be easy to freeze them for another time.
I am holding on to the receipt in case I need to return it.....for lack of recipes!
