Not receiving e-mails from site

Some of us are not receiving e-mails from the site anymore. This means that when we request our new password from the site, it never shows up in our e-mail and we can't log in. We've all checked our spam filters etc., and it's not there so it seems like it's not being sent.

(Jennifer was kind enough to reset my pw by hand and send it to me so I could log in to post this). Can someone please look into this asap?

I'm also not receiving e-mails alerting me to new posts in my subscribed threads.
