Okay, I finally made the Triple Play

Peanut Butter Cookies. Followed the recipe exactly because I usually don't make sweet things :p giggle, giggle. I used my oven on convection cooking, 325 degree oven for 11 minutes. If I had 4 cookie sheets, I could have used all 4 rack, and made the cookies all to one time. I found the peanutbutter swirl morsels to be realy soft and they didn't hold their shape. Anyone else have that problem?? They turned out just wonderful, one half was the swirls, and the other half was chocolate chip. I measured 1/2 cup of the nuts, then chopped them up and added them to the mix. I ended up with 54 cookies. I'd say they came out perfect!

OK, I MUST be going insane because I saw the thread w/ this recipe in it last night and chose not to cut and paste it because I figured I'd be able to pull it up when I wanted to bake it. Well, I've looked through a week's worth of threads 4X's now and cannot find it anywhere. Am I just missing it or did it disappear?

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was just searching through the old threads again and had no luck finding it. Go figure. I'm not losing it this time-I've already cut and pasted the recipe. I am making these right after I finish laundry and cleaning up the kitchen tonight. Both my babies are in bed and this is the only time I get to 'play'. I can't wait--they sound so scrumptious!
