Trying to find an 8.5 inch round cake pan?

I want to make a Donna Hay butter cake, however the recipe uses an 8.5 inch cake pan. Does anyone know where I can find this size? I've looked and have only found an 8.5 inch round springform pan. Will that work?

That's odd. I've never seen an 8.5 inch, only 8 or 9. That is not a common size here in the US, maybe it is in Australia. If you cannot find it, I think an 8 or 9 would work fine.
