Hi All, I am very excited to be on the board, as an Cooking Light reader for the last 5 years, I have made many recipes and most have been successful, however, I have to say great job for the July 00 edition, the Pineapple Coconut Cream Pie was delicious, I served it after the Curried Corn Crab Cakes, and then again the next night after I made the Curried Scallop and Pasta recipe. Please let me know of any other great recipes that you have tried, whether they be old or new. Look forward to hearing back!
