Help! I clipped out the ingredients and forgot to clip the remainder of the instructions for the recipe for Spicy Soba Noodles with Chicken in Peanut Sauce. I searched the recipe finder to no avail and discovered in the index that it's on page 134 of the September 2000 issue. Anyone help me out? I just need the instructions. Thanks!
