I hate to start something, but I still don't have May issue

I know this has been said before, but when does CL consider the magazine late? I live in the DC area, and still no CL. The wierd thing is that my Washingtonian didn't show up this month either. Frustrating. I'm at the point where I'm going to by it from the store this weekend. Is there anybody out there who still doesn't have May?
