I tried this one last week. Everyone liked it ok; however, I think it needs more marsala flavor. Next time, I think I'm going to experiment with replacing some of the cream sauce with the wine.

Lest you think me a bad cook, (see previous post)I made the Chicken Marsala Casserole and it was a huge hit in our home!

I thought it was good, too, but maybe there was a bit too much sauce? I think I might have cooked the sauce a bit too long, also, because it was pretty thick. Anyone else tried this one?
