This recipe for Greek Lamb Salad is on my Mastercook. It is from Cooking Light, June 1994, page 123....I am making it tonight and it doesnt say how or how long to cook the lamb.....Im going on the assumption that this is a typo and it WILL be cooked! Any help from this recipe or how to cook the lamb in general (it is currently marinating after being sliced VERY thin) would be appreciated!

Kim, you're not going to like the answer...
I pulled the magazine to see what it says, and the recipe calls for 3/4 pound COOKED lean leg of lamb, cut into thin strips.
That's why there are no instructions for cooking! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/eek.gif
I guess if I had to suggest something, maybe you could stir fry it VERY QUICKLY over really high heat, and don't cook it to the point of well-done like chicken - it's better when it's still a little pink.
Good luck, and I'd be interested to know how you finally decide to get around this little problem... http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
