Anyone own The New Mayo Clinic Cookbook??

Okay, so I was walking along, minding my own business, picking up a CD for a class I'm teaching tonight, when suddenly I was pulled into a bookshop. Those fatal words - book sale.

Nothing hugely hugely interesting (just as well, given our budget!), but my eye was caught by multiple copies of The New Mayo Cookbook on sale for $15 (about US$9-10).

Some of the recipes looked interesting, but I was just wondering if anyone has a copy and if it's worth the buy.

I don't know if it is the same cookbook, but I have one called the Mayo Clinic Williams-Sonoma cookbook. I have not actually made anything from it, though! The recipes are almost TOO healthy, if you KWIM.
